COVID 19: Book with confidence- For all new bookings reserved after 8th of May 2020, if you can not travel due to travel restrictions you can select new dates (respecting different prices of the seasonality), get an e-credit for your next booking with us or ask for a total refund till one week before the arrival (service charge of 7% will apply).

Booking terms & conditions
Entire agreement
These terms and conditions, together with its schedules, constitute the entire
agreement, or contract between the parties. When you make a booking you guarantee
that you have the authority to accept and do accept the terms of these booking
conditions and that you are 18 years old or over.
1. Booking and payment.
Initial deposit is 50% of the total booking. Making the payment of the initial deposit
you are confirming the reservation and accepting this terms & conditions and
cancellation policy. The second payment has to be made at least 45 days before your
arrival. If the booking is less than 45 days before your arrival, the total reservation
price has to be paid in full.
2. Cancellation policy.
A cancellation can be only made in written form via Email to bookings@3villas.com
Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted.
The cancellation policy is strict.
The following conditions apply to a cancellation by the guest:
Before 45 days of the arrival date applies a 50% charge of the total
reservation price.
· Between 45 days before the arrival and the arrival date a 100% charge.
In the event that the guest changes the dates or house, it will be considered a new booking and will be subject to the standard cancellation procedures.
We strongly recommended that clients purchase holiday / vacation / travel insurance. Any cancellation, including force majeure, will be subject to the aforementioned cancellation policy.
3Villas reserves the right to make any refunds in form of vouchers of the refundable amount, which can be used for future bookings on the website www.3villas.com
3. Passport information and occupancy standards.
You need to provide Advance Passenger Information (API) before you go on holiday.
It's also called APIS, this process is equivalent to a hotel check in service.
The following information must be provided for all members of your party in advance.
Gender (where required)
Nationality.
Passport / ID card expiry date.
Country where the passport / ID card was issued.
Passport number / ID card.
Date of birth.
Full name (as it appears on the passport / ID card)
Please note that your holiday contract is valid for the passengers listed on your
confirmation invoice. Adding additional passengers after the point of booking will
incur a penalty fee. The property is only available for use by the people listed on the
confirmation Invoice. Exceeding the maximum number of occupants or using the property for any other period of time without written agreement from 3 Villas SL Is not allowed.
4. Special needs and requirements
If you have a medical condition or allergies that could affect your stay in the property,
please, you must advise before booking to ensure the property fits your needs or if the
house needs extra preparation. It is your responsibility to advise us regarding this
matter.
5. Local taxes and charges
Any additional or newly Government taxes are not included in the price. For instance,
all hosts of certified legal tourism rentals in the Balearic Islands have the duty to collect the
tourism tax from the guests for the government.
6. Security deposit
All properties has has a security deposit from € 300 up to € 900. This deposit is payable
up to 10 days before your booking. This deposit will be refunded to you less any
possible damage within 3 weeks of your return date
7. Behavior
If your behavior is inappropriate or cause danger, damage, or distress to one of our
employees, representatives or third part, we reserve the right to cancel your booking
or any other services and we will not give you any refund.
8. General Houserules
1. Please make yourself at home.
2. Respect the nature, do not throw trash into gardens or nature.
3. Please, do not throw anythig in the toilets other tan paper toilet.
4. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
5. Please throw your garbage after your stay (up to € 75 fee in case that you do not)
6. Parties or Events only with previous permission.
7. Pets are not allowed, only with previous permission.
8. Respect the Check-in and Check-out times. Earlier Checkin or later Checkout only
possible with explicit permission and subject to extra cost / fee. (Up to € 70).
9. Please report broken things, to avoid problems for us with future guests
10. Please treat the house as if it's your own.
11. Do not leave food or drinks open in the house during your stay in order to avoid
ants or other insects.
9. Accuracy
All the information and prices in on our website are accurate; however occasionally
changes may occur without our knowledge such as shop and restaurant closures, road
closures etc. and errors occur and we reserve the right to correct prices and other
details in such circumstances. Where your decision to book relates to a specific
location or facility you should contact us to check the details relating to the
arrangements that you wish to book before your booking is confirmed.
10. Law and Jurisdiction
This Booking Contract (including any non-contractual obligations arising under or in
relation to this Booking Contract) between you and us is governed by the law of Spain
and we both agree that any dispute, matter or other issue which arises between us will
be exclusively dealt with by the Courts of Mahón, Menorca, Spain, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond.
